U2 have added an extra show at London's Twickenham Stadium this summer after tickets went on sale for their The Joshua Tree tour this morning (January 16).

The band will now perform at the venue on July 9, in addition to the previously announced gig on July 8. Tickets will go on sale at 9am on January 23.

The Irishmen will perform their album 'The Joshua Tree' on the tour in honour of its 30th anniversary. They will play a number of dates in Europe and North America.
