Union J star George Shelley has revealed his desire to record music with his I'm A Celebrity colleague Ferne McCann.

The singer and The Only Way Is Essex struck up a strong bond on the reality TV show recently.

The duo have remained close since the show ended and Shelley has now spoken of their plans to make music.

He said that McCann has qualities like Amy Winehouse.

Shelley said: "Ferne has such a good voice. I want her to write a song with me.

"She's really got something, and it's going to be really cool to pull it out of her.

"She reminds me of Amy Winehouse – she has a similar voice, and she has similar characteristics

"Maybe it will be a love song. We will definitely be writing about our experiences."

Geordie Shore star Vicky Pattison was the eventual winner of this year's I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here!.
