Taylor Swift breaks Vevo record with "Look What You Made Me Do"

Taylor Swift’s “Look What You Made Me Do” looks set to break Vevo 24hr record, beating Adele’s “Hello”

Today (Monday 28th August) Vevo, the world’s leading provider of premium music videos, announces that Taylor Swift is set to take back the crown for the 24hr views record, taking the title from Adele who previously held the record with “Hello,” released back in October 2015. Adele had taken the record over from Taylor’s “Bad Blood” which came out that same year.

Since premiering her new video at 8.30 ET on Sunday 27 August the comeback video from Taylor has been garnering 1.5M views worldwide every hour. With this pace, she is on track to hit over 30MM views looking at real time totals, breaking the record for the most views in 24 hours.
