THE COST OF WINNING (Sports Documentary Series)
Synopsis: This four-part documentary series from executive producers Michael Strahan and Constance Schwartz-Morini tells the story of the St. Frances Academy Panthers football program in Baltimore, an unlikely and uplifting tale of possibility, perseverance and leadership in the face of adversity.

TRANSHOOD (Documentary)
Synopsis: Filmed over the course of five years in Kansas City, TRANSHOOD is an inspiring chronicle of the lives of four young people and their families as they navigate growing up transgender in America’s heartland. The documentary offers a long range understanding of four transgender youth (aged 4, 7, 12, and 15 at the start of filming) as they redefine “coming of age” and share personal realities of how gender expression is reshaping their American families. Directed by Sharon Liese.

MURDER ON MIDDLE BEACH (Documentary Series
Synopsis: This four-part documentary series directed by first-time filmmaker Madison Hamburg presents Hamburg’s complicated journey as a young man determined to solve the unspeakable crime of his mother’s murder and absolve the people he loves, while looking for answers within his fractured family and community.

HIS DARK MATERIALS (Drama Series)
Synopsis: Lord Asriel has opened a bridge to a new world, and, distraught over the death of her best friend, Lyra follows Asriel into the unknown. In a strange and mysterious abandoned city she meets Will, a boy from our world who is also running from a troubled past. Lyra and Will learn their destinies are tied to reuniting Will with his father but find their path is constantly thwarted as a war begins to brew around them. Meanwhile, Mrs. Coulter searches for Lyra, determined to bring her home by any means necessary.

CRAZY, NOT INSANE (Documentary)
Synopsis: Why do we kill? Why do some of us kill, and others resist the temptation? What makes a serial killer? Dr. Dorothy Otnow Lewis, a psychiatrist who's worked with numerous serial killers, including Ted Bundy, has been looking to answer these questions for decades. Her controversial work with “multiples”, patients with Dissociative Identity Disorder, led her to develop a unified field theory of what makes a killer. Her research videotapes - which are shown here for the first time - show eerie transformations in violent individuals as they move from character to character. CRAZY, NOT INSANE was directed and produced by Academy Award® winner Alex Gibney (HBO’s “The Inventor: Out For Blood In Silicon Valley,” “Going Clear: Scientology and the Prison of Belief”).

BETWEEN THE WORLD AND ME (Special)
Synopsis: Originally adapted and staged by the Apollo Theater in 2018, the special will combine elements of that production, including powerful readings from Coates’ book, and will once again be directed by award-winning director and Apollo Theater Executive Producer Kamilah Forbes. Ta-Nehisi Coates and Susan Kelechi Watson are also executive producers. Oscar-winning filmmaker Roger Ross Williams is producing. It will also incorporate documentary footage from the actors’ home life, archival footage, and animation.

THE MYSTERY OF DB COOPER (Documentary)
Synopsis: This film brings to life the stories of four people believed by their family and friends to be “DB Cooper” a man who hijacked a 727 flying out of Seattle and jumped from the plane over the wilds of Washington State with a parachute and $200,000, never to be heard from again. The case continues to inspire wild speculation almost fifty years later, as it remains the only unsolved airplane hijacking in U.S. history.

BABY GOD (Documentary)
Synopsis: BABY GOD is a shocking examination of the work of a Las Vegas fertility specialist, the late Dr. Quincy Fortier, who assisted hundreds of couples struggling with difficulty conceiving and the many women he guided to pregnancy through the use of his own sperm without their knowledge or consent. The documentary follows several of his offspring as they grapple with new information about their origins, the scope of Fortier’s misdeeds, and the impact his genes have on how they view their own identities. Directed by Hannah Olson and executive produced by Academy award® nominees Heidi Ewing and Rachel Grady.

40 YEARS A PRISONER (Documentary)
Synopsis: This film chronicles the controversial 1978 Philadelphia police raid on the radical back-to-nature group MOVE and the aftermath that led to a son’s decades long fight to free his parents. The film illuminates the story of a city grappling with racial tension and police brutality with alarming topicality and modern-day relevance.
Credits: The film was directed, produced and shot by Tommy Oliver through his company, Confluential Films, with original music by The Roots. EUPHORIA: SPECIAL EPISODES
Synopsis: In the aftermath of being left by Jules at the train station and relapsing, the first special episode follows Rue (played by Emmy®-winner Zendaya) as she celebrates Christmas. Written and directed by series creator Sam Levinson, the episode, titled "Trouble Don't Last Always,” also stars Colman Domingo, who appeared in season one. The title and date of the second episode are forthcoming.

ALABAMA SNAKE (Documentary)
Synopsis: This film explores the story of October 4, 1991, when a violent crime was reported in the sleepy town of Scottsboro, Alabama. Glenn Summerford, a Pentecostal minister, was accused of attempting to murder his wife with a rattlesnake. The details of the investigation and the trial that followed has haunted Southern Appalachia for decades. The documentary features local historian and folklorist, Dr. Thomas Burton, who has spent his life studying the culture, beliefs, and folklore of Pentecostal snake handlers. The film paints a Southern Gothic portrait of Glenn Summerford and his tale of demon possession.

THE BEE GEES: HOW CAN YOU MEND A BROKEN HEART (Documentary)
Synopsis: Directed by acclaimed filmmaker Frank Marshall (“Seabiscuit”, “The Curious Case of Benjamin Button”), THE BEE GEES: HOW CAN YOU MEND A BROKEN HEART chronicles the triumphs and hurdles of brothers Barry, Maurice and Robin Gibb, otherwise known as the Bee Gees. The iconic trio, who found early fame in the 1960s, went on to write over 1,000 songs, including twenty #1 hits throughout their storied career. This film follows the Bee Gee’s meteoric rise as they rode the highs of fame and fortune, negotiated the vagaries of the ever-shifting music business and navigated the complexities of working so intimately alongside family.

THE ART OF POLITICAL MURDER (Documentary)
Synopsis: Based on Francisco Goldman’s book of the same name and executive produced by Oscar winner George Clooney and Grant Heslov, this film tells the story of the 1998 murder of Guatemalan human rights activist Bishop Juan Gerardi, which stunned a country ravaged by decades of political violence. Just two days after presenting a damning report blaming the atrocities of the civil war on the Guatemalan military, Bishop Gerardi was found dead in his home. Fearing a cover-up, the church assembles a team of young investigators to take on the case. They begin to unearth a web of conspiracy and murder, entangling the upper echelons of the government.

THE UNDOING (Limited Drama Series)
Synopsis: The six-part limited series stars Nicole Kidman and Hugh Grant as Grace and Jonathan Fraser who are living the only lives they ever wanted for themselves. Overnight a chasm opens in their lives: a violent death and a chain of terrible revelations. Left behind in the wake of a spreading and very public disaster and horrified by the ways in which she has failed to heed her own advice, Grace must dismantle one life and create another for her child and her family.

Synopsis: HOW TO WITH JOHN WILSON is a first person documentary series hosted by an anxious New Yorker who attempts to give everyday advice while dealing with his own personal issues. Acting as both cameraman and narrator, John covertly documents the lives of fellow New Yorkers in a comic odyssey of self-discovery, inevitably making the audience comfortable with the awkward contradictions of modern life.

WARRIOR (Cinemax, Drama Series)
Synopsis: Based on the writings of martial arts legend Bruce Lee, WARRIOR is a gritty, action-packed crime drama set during the brutal Tong Wars of San Francisco’s Chinatown in the late 19th century. The series follows Ah Sahm (Andrew Koji), a martial arts prodigy who emigrated from China to San Francisco under mysterious circumstances. After proving his worth as a fighter, Ah Sahm becomes a hatchet man for the Hop Wei, one of Chinatown’s most powerful Tongs (Chinese organized crime family).

Synopsis: Adapted from the Tony Award-winning play of the same name, the film is based on a true story of negotiations between implacable enemies — the secret back-channel talks, unlikely friendships and quiet heroics of a small but committed group of Israelis, Palestinians and one Norwegian couple that led to the 1993 Oslo Peace Accords.

THE LADY AND THE DALE (Documentary Series)
Synopsis: This documentary series explores an audacious 1970s auto scam centered around a mysterious entrepreneur. The series tells the story of Elizabeth Carmichael, who rose to prominence when she released a fuel-efficient three-wheeled vehicle during the 1970s gas crisis. As she wins over major carmakers and investors, a web of mystery unfolds regarding the car’s technology and Carmichael’s surprising past.

SEEN & HEARD (Two-Part Documentary)
Synopsis: This two-part documentary explores the history of Black television as seen through the eyes of trailblazers who wrote, produced, created and starred in groundbreaking series of the past and present. The documentary will offer cultural commentary about representation in black storytelling and feature interviews with actors, showrunners, writers, celebrities and other notable influencers as well as verité-driven segments and inventive use of archival material.

Synopsis: This Emmy®-winning drama series is returning for a fourth season on HBO with Uzo Aduba set to star. The reimagining of the series brings a diverse trio of patients in session with the observant, empathetic Dr. Brooke Lawrence (Aduba) while she wrestles with her own issues in this half-hour drama series.

With a small-town Swedish junior ice-hockey team having a shot at winning the national semi-finals, all the dreams of the locals now rest on the shoulders of a handful of teenage boys. Synopsis: The HBO documentary series THE VOW will continue with a second installment of episodes, to air in 2021. Set against the backdrop of the federal trial of The United States against Keith Raniere, THE VOW Part Two will offer an exclusive view into Raniere's innermost circle. It delves into the stories of NXIVM’s top leadership in the US and Mexico, and into powerful, intimate stories of DOS members. CURB YOUR ENTHUSIASM (Comedy Series)
Synopsis: Originally debuting on HBO in 2001 and presenting 100 episodes to date, the series stars “Seinfeld” co-creator Larry David as an over-the-top version of himself in an unsparing but tongue-in-cheek depiction of his fictionalized life.
