TNT’s season premiere of The Arena will have commentary from host Cari Champion and Kyle Korver, along with features on Indiana Pacers guard Malcolm Brogdon, his family and their ties to Martin Luther King, Jr.; the decision the Boston Celtics and Philadelphia 76ers made to play in 1967-68 Game 1 of the Eastern Conference Finals, the day after King’s assassination; the 20-21 Atlanta Hawks jersey design dedicated to Martin Luther King Jr.; and the return of Cari’s Champions, the segment shining a light on unsung heroes and their impact in society.
