Discovery The NBA on TNT will showcase a pair of marquee doubleheaders this week, beginning with tonight’s season premiere of the NBA on TNT Tuesday Night presented by State Farm franchise. In the night’s first contest, the LA Clippers will take on the Brooklyn Nets with Kevin Durant and Kyrie Irving at 7:30 p.m. ET. The Boston Celtics with Jayson Tatum and Jaylen Brown will then visit the Golden State Warriors with Stephen Curry and rookie standout James Wiseman at 10 p.m. Ian Eagle and analyst Grant Hill will call Clippers/Nets, with Brian Anderson and Jim Jackson providing commentary for Celtics/Warriors. NBA on TNT Tuesday Night presented by State Farm studio coverage will feature three-time NBA Champion Dwyane Wade, Hall of Famer Shaquille O'Neal, WNBA Champion and two-time WNBA MVP Candace Parker and host Adam Lefkoe providing pregame, halftime and postgame studio coverage each week. Additionally, prior to the Tuesday Night game, the Bleacher Report app will debut “Pregame Picks” a weekly livestream offering interactive, predictive and challenge-based content, hosted by comedian Druski and Pierre from House of Highlights. This week’s NBA on TNT Thursday night regular season game coverage (Feb. 4) will also highlight some of the Western Conference’s biggest stars – Golden State Warriors and Stephen Curry vs. Dallas Mavericks and Luka Dončić at 7:30 p.m., followed by Denver Nuggets and Nikola Jokić vs. Los Angeles Lakers and LeBron James at 10 p.m. Game commentary for Warriors/Mavericks will be provided by Anderson and Chris Webber, with Kevin Harlan and Reggie Miller on the call for Nuggets/Lakers. Leading into Thursday’s game coverage, a new episode of The Arena will debut with Bakari Sellers hosting a conversation with two members of law enforcement – Tyrone Dennis and Sergeant Ron Paxson. As officers that have collectively served in the Atlanta Police Department for more than 25 years, they will discuss topics including how the relationship between the Black community and law enforcement can be repaired, police reform, the definition of defunding the police and perspective on how police and the community can best move forward. The Arena is an in-depth storytelling franchise created to provide a thought-provoking forum for content on topics occurring on and off the court of play, with new episodes airing Thursdays through the end of February.
