The Voice coach will.i.am has suggested that he would be up for having Cheryl Cole on the show.

Cole of course was previously a judge on rival TV talent show the X Factor, before her ties were seemingly cut after being dumped from the US edition.

Black Eyed Peas star will.i.am is one of four coaches on the upcoming UK version of The Voice - and speaking to the Daily Star, he left the door open for his friend Cole to appear on the show. When asked if he would get the Girls Aloud star on The Voice, he replied:

"It depends if she wants to do it."

Fellow coach Jessie J meanwhile revealed that there is backstage harmony on the set of the Voice - with no egos around. She said:

"If you want to know what's going down backstage, it's that we're all getting on and having a drink together. No one is a diva. I got excited the other day when I got lemon and honey for my drink."
