Will.i.am's stolen car found

An expensive car that was stolen from Will.i.am has been found and is due to be returned to its rightful owner.

As previously reported, the Black Eyed Peas star posted on Twitter in apoplectic frustration after his flash car was taken on Monday night (August 13) from outside a Hollywood listening party he held for his new album '#willpower'.

He spent the next few days tweeting about trying to find his car via an electronic tracking system, with some people giving him false hope.

However, Ryan Friedlinghaus - founder of car maker The World Famous West Coast Customs - tweeted will.i.am yesterday (August 15) to confirm that the vehicle has now been located. He said:

"@iamwill WE FOUND IT!!!! Thanks to #TECHNOLOGY.....It's safe and on its way back to @officialwcc Headquarters!!! #HARDWORKDEDICATION."

Will.i.am replied with an understandably keen sense of relief, tweeting:

"@SelfMadeRyan my car has been found...#bestnewsever thank you so much ryan...''
