Will.i.am believes Cheryl Cole would be a great addition to the Voice UK coaching panel.

The TV talent show is currently two members down after Jessie J and Danny O'Donoghue jumped ship following the end of its second series.

Current coach will.iam, however, believes that former X Factor star Cheryl Cole is the hot tip for one of the vacant seats. The Daily Mail quotes him as saying:

"Cheryl has been very successful on music talent shows in the past. She is great with the contestants and really gives everything to them. But also the audience loves her, which is so important on these shows, you need to be likeable."

Will.i.am continued: "She has been concentrating on other things, but I could see her getting back into a talent show for sure. She would have offers from The UK and The US - but she would be perfect for The Voice. I love working with her, so it would be a pleasure for me. She is such a perfectionist in everything she does, so we will just have to see what happens."
