Will.i.Am remains coy about potential return to 'The Voice' for new season

Black Eyed Peas superstar Will.i.Am has refused to confirm whether or not he will return to 'The Voice' as a mentor on the forthcoming new series.

It has already been revealed that panelists Danny O'Donoghue and Jessie J have given up their coaching positions to focus on their respective music careers, but the 'Boom Boom Pow' superstar is being coy about his decision.

Speaking at a Wired magazine party, he was asked if he would consider staying with 'The Voice' after donating his salary from the season that recently ended to The Prince's Trust and answered:

"No. What that means is I paid to do 'The Voice' that year. That means the hotels and the travel and the food, I paid to be on TV, because the money I would have earned went to kids in the Prince's Trust to learn science, technology and mathematics. That's what that means."

BBC's Newsbeat quizzed him again on his reply and he simply said, "I did it the second year and it was a great experience," but failed to give a conclusive response.
