'Heartbreaker' hitmaker Will.i.Am has opened up about collaborator Britney Spears and her forthcoming residency in Las Vegas and confessed that he'd love to join her on stage for some of the shows. 

The pair have worked together in the past and released 'Scream & Shout' as a single together, but he has now revealed to E! News that if she would be up for having him as a special guest he would be more than happy to perform alongside her while she's in Sin City.

The star explained recently: "I can't wait for her Vegas shows to open. I want to go there and support, perform with her."

Will.i.Am also praised her new sound and added that he believes the forthcoming new album, which she is putting the finishing touches to, will be her strongest effort yet:

"This record, in my opinion, is going to be one of her best records. I'm really really proud of her and her dedication and how disciplined and focused she was in the studio."

Spears's 'Piece Of Me' Vegas residency is due to kick off on December 27 at Planet Hollywood.
