Feng E, the global 12 year old ukulele virtuoso will be performing at “Nights After NAMM” on Thursday 1/16/20 in Anaheim, California. Feng E, the Taiwanese Ukulele Master began playing at age 5 because his father was told that his finger development was slow. Feng E's dad introduced him to the ukulele and while he resisted learning his father's threat of never playing LEGO with him convinced him otherwise. Now at age 12, Feng E has won competitions all over the world, has a video of himself playing "Classical Gas" with over 20 million views, has reached the finals in "Asia's Got Talent", and has appeared on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show." He has mastered 5 instruments and is on his way to NAMM to represent a major ukulele company, and of course has been invited to perform with Think:EXP as a featured guest at "Night's After NAMM."

Nights After NAMM is an annual, star-studded, after hours event that takes place in the evening after Day One of the National Association of Music Merchants (NAMM), the world’s largest music industry conference. This year’s headliner is Think:EXP’s performance of Dark Side of the NAMM, an exploration of the music of Pink Floyd and all-star jam made up of world-class musicians. Think:EXP, EmpowerLogic Studio, and their partners raise money each year for worthy music and community causes. This year’s focus is the Watts Conservatory of Music, a nonprofit dedicated to bringing music education to the community of Watts.

Proceeds from Dark Side of the NAMM will benefit the Watts Conservatory of Music, a Los Angeles-based nonprofit which seeks to bring the joy and positive artistic and developmental benefits of playing a musical instrument to the community of Watts, all free of charge. The Conservatory’s goal is to uplift the community through music education and provide a place where children of all backgrounds can learn to play a musical instrument in a safe and positive environment.

The show takes place on Thursday, January 16th at the Highway 39 Event Center, mere blocks away from the Anaheim Convention Center. Dark Side of the NAMM presents the music of Pink Floyd with an all-star lineup including Scott Page of Pink Floyd, Stephen Perkins of Jane’s Addiction, Kenny Olson of Kid Rock’s Twisted Brown Trucker Band and the Hendrix Experience, Tony Franklin from Jimmy Pages’ The Firm, and a rotating cast of surprise special guests. Following 70 minutes of Floyd, the cast will open up the stage into a classic rock super-jam with some of the greatest musicians in the world, featuring Gilby Clarke of Guns ‘N’ Roses, George Lynch of Lynchmob, Kenny Aronoff of John Cougar, Fabrizio Grossi of Sonic Blues Machine, and much more to be announced. Lasers, projection-mapping, high-tech visuals, and rock-star caliber performances promise the latest and greatest in immersive entertainment.

Highway 39 is a rock lover’s dream venue, filled with vintage cars, neon lights, and auto-shop themed memorabilia. Concert-goers can purchase drink tickets and dinner tickets for the event, as well as reserve tables for larger or corporate groups. After exploring hundreds of vintage pieces, guests will experience a night of classic rock meets space-age technology that they’ll never forget.

The Watts Conservatory of Music is led by a prestigious team of board members including Flea (bassist of the ‪Red Hot Chili Peppers‬), Norwood Fisher (bassist of Fishbone), David Moss (founder and president of the Harold Robinson Foundation), Paul Tollett (Goldenvoice, Coachella), Julie Briskin Harelson (Philanthropist/Gelson Market family) and ‪Bob Forrest‬ (music industry veteran. The school will operate under the direction of musician/producer Bobby Easton (Delta Nove, Long Beach Funk Fest). ‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬
