Iconic/Legendary creator Sue Wong has just launched her new venture “Sue Wong Designer Estates” with the unveiling of her first property, Villa Feliz.

The inauguration featured a “Red Carpet” who’s who of celebrities, influencers, film and television personalities and rock stars, “Sue Wong Designer Estates” opened up the world of events in Los Angeles where the party was touted as one of the best extravaganzas in Hollywood history.

The extremely eclectic Hollywood stars, legendary rockers, high society and distinguished guests included: Billy Zane (Titanic), Ken Davitian (Borat, Cobra Kai), Claudia Wells (Back to the Future), Jack O’Halloran (Superman, King Kong), Jennifer Rubin (The Crush), Sheri Davis (Z Dead End), Mike Ferguson (Animal Kingdom), Sadie Katz (Wrong Turn 6), Scott Engrotti (director, producer), Eugenia Kuzmina (supermodel), Devin DeVasquez (The Bay), and many others. There was also a very special appearance by the Golden Girls Dance Troop and the VENERABLE ABBOT, SHI YANFAN of the SHAOLIN TEMPLE. He is historically the first Western ordained Monk of the Shaolin Temple of China.

International fashion designer Sue Wong has become a global phenomena. The self-made Artistic goddess came from humble beginnings and was drawn to art at an early age. While attending high school she would insist upon designing and sewing a new dress for each weekly school dance and later became an intern for a popular fashion label. She found success after creating her own fashion line and with her “Sue Wong Nocturne“ evening wear her designs became worn by Taylor Swift, Anne Hathaway, Miley Cyrus, Kelly Osbourne, Tyra Banks and many other celebrities.

In 2004 Wong purchased The Cedars, an exquisite hilltop villa originally built in the 1920s. She spent two years restoring it back to its intended 1920s glamorous Hollywood state and as an art collector she has over 200 paintings and sculptures residing in the mansion with her. The estate had previously been owned or lived in by celebrities such as Bella Lugosi, Jimi Hendrix, Jim Morrison, Johnny Depp, and other Hollywood and rock ‘n’ roll royalty. This year she set out to begin what she marked as the third chapter of her life, “Sue Wong Designer Estates.” Within her embryonic attempt to redesign Villa Feliz she literally laid every tile herself by hand while creating a stained glass “tree of life” and many other Sue Wong touches making it a triumphant success.
