Explosive Uptick in Mid-East War? By Howard BloomOFFICIAL PRESS RELEASENEWS PROVIDED BY World Star PR On Tuesday, June 18th, a new word showed up in the vocabulary of the Middle-East war: “inevitable.” Nearly every expert in Israel from the country’s military leaders to its newsletter writers said that an all-out war with Lebanon’s Hezbollah was inevitable. And who is Hezbollah? Like Hamas in Gaza, Hezbollah is a part of Iran’s "Axis Of Resistance." To accomplish that, Hezbollah has slowly infiltrated the political system of the country in which it is located: Lebanon. It is an Iranian creation, but it has ministers in Lebanon’s cabinet and representatives in Lebanon’s parliament. But there’s more. Hamas and Hezbollah are like the jaws of a vice. Hamas is to Israel’s south. Hezbollah is to Israel’s north. Which means that Hamas and Hezbollah can squeeze Israel between them. And that’s exactly what Hamas and Hezbollah are doing. Ever since Hamas’ barbaric attack of October 7th that kidnapped more than 240 hostages and raped, tortured, burned alive, and killed 1,200 Jewish civilians, Hezbollah has been raining rockets down on Israel. In the last two weeks, it has fired as many as 200 rockets on Israel in a single day. If you care for greenery, one result has been tragic. For 3,200 years, Israel has been the homeland of the Jewish people, invaded by one empire after another. 110 years ago, Israel was a neglected corner of the Ottoman Empire. Under the 400 years of Ottoman, rule, Israel’s land had been brown, bleak, and barren. It had been a desert in which the occasional Arab farmer lived in an igloo-like stone house and farmed a strip of land the width of your back yard using plows so primitive that their handles were tree branches, plows pulled by donkeys. With Israel’s agricultural modernization in the 20th century, the Jews turned that brown and barren land green. The crops in Northern Israel are now so high that they tower over your head and go on for miles. But in the last two weeks, the rockets of Hezbollah have set those seas of waving grain ablaze, threatening to turn the land back to the desert it was before. And Hezbollah attacks have turned over 200,000 Israelis into refugees from their homes. Hezbollah’s mass of weaponry includes high-precision, thoroughly modern drones and rockets. Rockets able to rain down explosives on any location in Israel. Hezbollah has 150,000 of these rockets. More than Israel’s Iron Dome could handle if they were fired all at once. In other words, Iran has equipped Hezbollah to exterminate Israel. Now the Israeli military feels that it can no longer afford to have a threat of extermination on its northern border. That’s what makes the war with Hezbollah inevitable. But there’s a problem. Israel’s ability to beat Hezbollah will be based on its fighter jets. And Hezbollah now has anti-aircraft weapons it feels can knock those jets out of the sky. Is Hezbollah’s confidence merited? Or is it delusional? We shall soon see. Meanwhile, remember one vital detail: Hamas and Hezbollah are puppet armies of Iran. Iran is part of the Axis of Evil—the unspoken military alliance that includes China, Russia, and North Korea. In fact, Iran is a major provider of artillery shells, missiles, and drones to Russia for its war on Ukraine. What will happen if more of the Axis of Evil forces jump in to the Middle East War? In other words, are we inching closer to World War III? Joe Biden believes we are, and is working to prevent it. Let us hope he succeeds. Without destroying Israel in the process.
