Zayn and Gigi Hadid save fan from getting trampled

Zayn and Gigi Hadid stepped in to help a fan from getting crushed by other fans as they arrived at his album release party at Milk Studios in New York last night (March 25).

The young fan had been pushed by other fans behind her as she waited for Zayn to arrive, causing her to fall sideways onto the pavement when the couple turned up.

Zayn and Gigi stopped and helped her get back onto her feet.

The fan tweeted about the incident afterward.

She wrote: 'Zayn Malik just lifted me up off the floor and made sure I was okay.

'Thank you so much. I'm okay, just scared and a bit bruised and sore but I love you so much. Xx'

The fans that had pushed her over just continued to film Zayn and Gigi's arrival on their mobiles.

Zayn's debut album, 'Mind of Mine', was released yesterday (March 25).

Before the album release party he appeared on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon to perform, 'Like I Would' for the first time.

Fans were able to listen to the Zayn album release party in a special radio broadcast of the show across iHeartMedia CHR and CHR-Rhythmic radio stations and websites, as well as on a iHeartRadio.com/HondaStage.
