Zayn Malik will be one of the celebrities who will be made fun of as satirical TV series Newzoids returns for a second series.

The ITV programme is set to hit UK screens later this year for a six-part series.

A number of impressionists - including Jon Culshaw, Debra Stephenson, Lewis Macleod and Simon Greenall - will voice puppets.

Malik will feature, as will the likes of Adele, Jeremy Corbyn, Adele, Donald Trump and Simon Cowell.

Saskia Schuster, ITV's commissioning editor for comedy, commented: "Newzoids’ first series proved to be funny, fresh and biting, creating its very own surreal world of politics and celebrity.

"I look forward to meeting the many new Newzoids puppet creations…celebrities and MPs beware, nobody is safe!"

Harry Styles was previously made fun of on Newzoids' first series.
