'Pillowtalk' sensation Zayn Malik sat down for an interview with Glamour magazine and opened up about a variety of things, from deciding to launch a solo career to what's on his bucket list.

When asked to describe the "first time you realised you wanted to break off from 1D and go off on your own", the heartthrob gave a rather mysterious response and said: "An alien spoke to me in a dream…"

Malik then confessed that the one thing he really wants to do in his lifetime is "invent something" and he also admitted that his first celebrity crush was Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen. He joked: "They’re the same, right?"

Earlier this month, Music Week confirmed that 'Mind of Mine', which was released back in March and later hit No.1, has shifted 52,658 units so far in 2016 making it the 46th biggest selling album of 2016 in the UK so far.
