Snakehips have unleashed their new 'Cruel' video.

The colourful clip sees collaborator Zayn Malik feature heavily.

The two acts first revealed their duet in July, with its video released today (August 9).

The promo clip features Malik amid a smattering of Japanese imagery and neon lighting.

The singer meanwhile will feature on M.I.A.'s upcoming new album 'A.I.M'.

The musician recently revealed that the former One Direction man contributed vocals to the song 'Freedun'.

M.I.A.'s album will be released on September 9.
