After an impressive first announcement, Snowbombing 2018 gets bigger and bigger with over 30 new names confirmed today for the Mayrhofen slopes next April. 

Leading the charge is two of the most vital names in UK grime, AJ Tracey and Big Narstie. After spending 2017 honing his craft around the globe, AJ Tracey now sits as the next big superstar of British music. With a unique ability for lighting up crowds wherever he grabs the mic, his latest EP ‘Secure The Bag’ confirms his standing in the grime scene, teaming up with the likes of Craig David, 67 and JME for a defining statement in where he goes next. Big Narstie has become a true modern phenomenon, known throughout the mainstream world with his instantly recognisable voice becoming a beacon thousands flock to. The BDL leader will be dropping the big-time beats when he heads to Snowbombing 2018, for what’s sure to be a packed-out highlight of the week. 

From to igloo raves and an underground tennis club, to a main stage in a forest clearing and pop-up parties in a butcher shop, Snowbombing know how to do things differently! This year, they're pulling out all the stops for The Snowbombing Street Party. After taking Snowbombing 2016 by storm, the previously announced Craig David and his globally acclaimed TS5 takeover are back once again to headline, by popular demand. Joining the garage legend on the night, influential Radio 1 spinner Mistajam will be diving through his record collection, alongside fellow garage pioneer MJ Cole and ‘Would I Lie To You’ favourite John Gibbons. Now that’s you throw a street party... 

Also announced today, continuing Snowbombing’s tradition for DJing excellence, is a huge batch of names and faces who’ll be playing across the seventeen unique stages and venues. This includes chart-smashing royalty Rudimental, electronic duo Gorgon City, eclectic Eats Everything, bass heavy My Nu Leng, Snowbombing friend and favourite Idris Elba, house weaver Richy Ahmed, heavy hitting wAFF and French mixer Jeremy Underground. Across genres, styles, moods and moments - Snowbombing offers a programme designed to light up the party no matter what hour of the day, or night, it is.  The week long event will also see further sets from Andrea Oliva, Huxley, DJ Hype, Heartless Crew, Friction, Barely Legal, Zinc and many more all primed to hit the slopes running with a soundtrack guaranteed to be massive.  

Snowbombing wouldn’t be Snowbombing without the diverse mix of favourites and alternative entertainment all heading to Mayrhofen - and 2018 is no different. Rave-bingo spectacular Bongo’s Bingo will be an unmissable sight at this year’s festival - bringing their unique twist to the classic game bursting into life on the slopes. Get motivated in the only way possible with Mr Motivator who’ll be stretching out any aches or niggles you might have picked up the night before - whilst the ‘Fun Haus’ will be well and truly open for business where TV great Pat Sharp will return with a bang. The Dance-Off are back, with brand new games to get you pirouetting and gyrating - the perfect time to dust off those moves. The Provibers will ensure you get stuck into Chairlift Speed Dating, Cable Car Karaoke and a load of glitter based activity, whilst We Go Bang Bang will have you up on the table in your ski boots, belting out the words to all those classic hit ‘après-ski’ songs! There's no doubt Snowbombing have got you covered, with new sights, sounds and experiences waiting around every corner.

Reformed drum and bass legends Pendulum return with a dive through their incredible and visceral live show, whilst grime originator Dizzee Rascal gears up for a ‘Bonkers’ journey as the ultimate party-starter for a ‘Holiday’ under Austrian skies.
