Adam Lambert hosts impromptu Q&A and talks about loneliness, his new album, and One Direction

Hitmaker Adam Lambert took to his official Twitter page earlier tonight (August 13) and hosted an impromptu fan question and answer session, and spoke about his 'Glee' co-stars, dealing with loneliness on tour, and the current state of pop music

When asked about working alongside actor Chris Colfer on hit U.S. musical series 'Glee', the vocal powerhouse confessed that it was an enjoyable experience: "He was a total professional and very kind hearted. We got along like old friends."

He was also quizzed on touring and admitted that it gets lonely on the road: "Gets a little lonely offstage, but once you get onstage it's all good."

While Lambert remained tight-lipped about details regarding his highly anticipated new album, he did tease that there are "probably" collaborations on it and that he's likely to tour Europe "if the new album is popular there".

The 'Trespassing' superstar was also asked what he thinks of Miley Cyrus and said, "she's a rock star and a badass. Also very real in person, genuine." He had similar praise for One Direction, adding: "They have good songs and seem like nice guys."
