Adam Lambert has surprised fans by releasing a new song.

The singer today (May 15) uploaded the tune 'Underground' to iTunes.

He wrote on Twitter: "Surprise! #underground is now up on itunes ;) go in.

"#underground Is one of the key tracks on my upcoming album #theoriginalhigh. It's available now in advance. "I need you. I want you..."

The track follows lead single 'Ghost Town'.

Both songs feature on Lambert's upcoming new album 'The Original High', which will be released in the UK on June 15.
