Adam Lambert: 'I feel the most comfortable when I'm on stage'

Adam Lambert says he is at his "most comfortable" when he is performing to an audience.

The singer told Fault magazine that his upbringing acclimatised himself to playing live.

The US star said: "I grew up on stage in front of people, so it's the most comfortable I ever feel when I'm up there."

Speaking meanwhile about the ethos surrounding his character this year, Lambert added:

"When I started I was constantly trying to create something, but now I want it to be like real-life...I want people to know what I'm really about."

The singer released his new album 'The Original High' earlier this month.

The record features the lead single 'Ghost Town'.
