Adam Lambert has given his thoughts on worldwide pop phenomenon One Direction.

The 'Trespassing' star took time out on Wednesday (January 9) to hold a Twitter Q&A with fans, answering a number of queries.

One Twitter user asked Lambert for his opinions on One Direction, with the vocal powerhouse replying:

"They look like they're having a great time. High, playful energy. Well produced music."

The 'Better Than I Know Myself' man also answered a question on what his favourite TV series are, replying:

"Favs are American Horror Story, Dexter, Mad Men, Breaking bad, Californication, Weeds (now over), Shameless, Downton Abbey."

Lambert meanwhile also dashed hopes of a video for the song 'Trespassing' being released, replying:

"It prob ain't gonna happen. ;(."
