Adam Lambert discovers how to get around language barriers on tour

'Never Close Our Eyes' superstar Adam Lambert has been enjoying a run of dates in Japan over the past week, but has discovered that the language barrier can be tricky when trying to interact with fans.

He has performed shows in Tokyo, Osaka, Nagoya, and Kanazawa since February 19 and took to his official Twitter page earlier today (February 27) to tell his 1.8 million followers that he finally knows how to communicate with people he can't use words with:

"Laughter is the Language Barrier Lube. #thingslearnedinjapan."

During his Asian tour, Lambert has been keeping his fans up to date with his experiences via Twitter and photo hosting site Instagram, and recently thanked his gig-goers in Osaka for being such an 'energetic' crowd: "Thank u Osaka! Amazing energy! Y'all are so adorable!!"

His next live date is set for March 3 in Shanghai, China and he will then move on to Hong Kong, Singapore and Jakarta in Indonesia.
