Adam Lambert asks fans to support new anti-bullying campaign 'The New F Word'

Vocal powerhouse Adam Lambert has called on his 2 million followers to help support and bring to life a new anti-bullying campaign.

Writing on his official Twitter page this evening (June 20), the 'Never Close Our Eyes' superstar shared a link to the project and accompanied it with the caption: "Join me in Making It Work for The New F Word on Indiegogo."

A photograph on the campaign's official website shows Lambert giving a double high-five to a bullied teen named Joseph Sears (pictured below). Elliot London and Ronnie Kroell are the masterminds behind the campaign and in the promotional video, they explain how they intend to "shoot 10,000 photos in 90 days across 40 cities".

A message on the page also reads: "While we may not be able to fully eradicate bullying, we can commit to being better friends to one another - to ourselves. So, get those middle fingers ready because THE NEW F WORD is FRIEND."

People are being encouraged to make donations to the site and suggested amounts are embedded for easy payment.
