Vocal powerhouse Adam Lambert recently sat down for a new interview with ITV's 'Daybreak' in the UK and opened up about his guest spot on the hit U.S. musical drama, 'Glee'. 

Speaking to the host, the 'Trespassing' superstar joked about his character's dramatic name, which is Elliott 'Starchild' Gilbert, and explained that his appearance on the show won't just be a one-time thing:

When asked if he considers himself to be a 'Katy' or a 'Gaga', he explained: "I'm an Adam. I definintely identify with both of them and respect them a lot as artists. They're both super talented and they're leading the way."

He also then confessed that he has signed on for more than one episode, but added that he doesn't have a clear understanding of how long he will be involved in the programme for just yet:

"Yeah, it's more than one episode for sure. I don't actually know how many and we're still in the process of filming, so this is kind of going back to the acting roots a little bit. It feels good."
