Adam Lambert is expected to be joined by a number of famous faces in the audience as Britney Spears kicks off her Las Vegas residency next weekend.

The pop princess is set to unleash her Piece of Me residency from December 27 and the Las Vegas Sun report that a host of big names will attend the first show.

They say Adam Lambert, Katy Perry, Miley Cyrus and Sia will all be in the audience to check out Spears' highly anticipated show.

Speaking meanwhile to the newspaper about the residency, Caesars Entertainment marketing man Jason Gastwirth said:

"It’s a massive production with 14 dancers, incredible choreography, amazing costumes, huge sound and a four-piece rock band for her solos. It’s a true Las Vegas residency show the likes of which have never been seen on the Strip before."

He added: “Britney wanted perfection, and she’s got it. She’s been rehearsing around the clock since she got into town. She may well be the hardest-working woman in showbiz. She says that she loves her theater, loves the show, loves everything about the entire experience. She’s enjoying every moment of it. She’s confident and radiantly happy."
