Adele has turned back the years for the artwork of her new single.

The singer released 'When We Were Young' today (February 5) as the second single from third album '25'.

The artwork for the track has now seen the light of day and it is a photo of Adele when she was a child.

She is pictured smiling happily for the camera, with a few teeth missing.

'When We Were Young' is the follow-up to Adele's smash hit track 'Hello'.

That tune was released in October and it instantly topped charts around the world.

Her long-awaited album '25' followed on November 20 and similarly dominated music sales.
