Adele wants to cut down her swearing on stageAdele says she is keen to reduce the amount of swear words she uses on stage. The singer told fans at a recent show at Los Angeles' Staples Center that she cussed over 30 times when performing at this summer's Glastonbury Festival. It seems her hefty swear-count has encouraged her to clean her mouth a little. Adele said on stage: "I managed to swear 33 times. 33 times. "I mean I’m not a mathematician - I didn’t even pass my exams and that - but that’s like every couple of minutes, swearing, right? “I’m trying to powder my tongue a little bit and not swear so much.” However, Adele later said during the gig: "Well, f***ing hell, I love teachers - they’re so important in our lives."
