Birthday girl Adele, who turned 23 today (May 5), admits that she has a girl crush on Bajan beauty and pop sensation Rihanna. 

At the BRITs, Cheryl Cole revealed she has a soft spot for the stunning 'Umbrella' singer, but she now has a bit of competition on her hands. Adele explained it all started when she was watching X Factor last year with her girlfriends:

"She had pinstripe flares on. She whipped them off and there were her stunning thighs. I said to all my girlfriends: 'Are you feeling a bit gay right now?'"

"If Rihanna wanted me, I'd do it with her. She's hot."

In the same breath, the Grammy award-winning songstress confesses that she is infatuated with men, but will be celebrating her birthday as a single lady:

"I love boys, love men. I am fascinated by them even though at times they let you down and hurt me. But right now I am more single than ever. It's so depressing."
