Adele covers Vogue, talks pre-show vomiting and body image

Adele has given an incredibly frank interview to the upcoming October issue of British Vogue, on which she graces the cover.

The 'Set Fire To The Rain' songstress opened up about her tendency to vomit before concerts and also about body image, admitting that "I don't want that in my life. I have insecurities, of course, but I don't hang out with anyone who points them out to me."

She has previously spoken out about nerves, but revealed to Vogue that they still get the better of her and even cause her to be physically sick:

"I puke quite a lot before going on stage, but then, I shit myself before everything. The bigger the freak-out, the more I enjoy the show."

Talking about the pressure to look a certain way as a superstar in the spotlight, Adele added "I've seen people where it rules their lives, who want to be thinner or have bigger boobs, and how it wears them down."
