Adele, who has just recovered from a chest infection, stopped her Hammersmith Apollo show in London to help out a fan who had fainted. 

As she started her song, 'Rumour Has It', the 23-year-old saw in the crowd that someone had fainted and called out for the medical team.

She asked the crowd to move aside and to make room for the medics to reach the ill fan. 

Once she saw that her fan was taken care of, she told the audience that that was "proper rock n' roll" and continued on with her show. 

The Grammy-winning singer will be performing tonight in the Hammersmith Apollo and in Albert Royal Hall on Thursday (September 22).
