Adele's 'Someone Like You' has proved to be the most popular choice for karaoke in 2011.

Digital Spy reports that research conducted by karaoke business Lucky Voice showed that the track accounted for 14% of all songs sung last year on their website.

Adele's version of 'Make You Feel My Love' came out second on the list with 10%, whilst the X Factor finalist's version of David Bowie's 'Heroes' came third.

Whilst some living room singers may quite be able to match the lofty heights of Adele's renowned pipes, Lucky Voice managing director Nick Thistleton confirmed that the singer is the most popular karaoke choice around. He said:

"Adele has got one of the greatest voices in contemporary pop so it's no surprise our customers want to test themselves against the best and pick her songs in such overwhelming numbers."
