Popstar Lily Allen has confirmed that she won't be playing any UK gigs for some time again. The singer is taking a break from pop to concentrate on starting a family with her partner Sam Cooper.

At yesterday's (July 4) Wireless Festival, Allen thanked her fans, saying, "I appreciate that you were jumping up and down because this is probably my last gig in London for some time."

She also dedicated her song 'Who'd Have Known' to Cooper, causing some audience members to boo. "Don't boo him, you meanies," she exclaimed.

The singer played to a star-studded crowd that included Madonna, Beyonce Knowles and Gwyneth Paltrow.
