Australian pop singer and TV reality star Peter Andre has been added to the bill of this year's V Festival.

The popstar will perform on the Arena stage at 12:30pm on Saturday, August 21 at Stafford and the same time on Sunday, August 22 at the Chelsmford site.

A notice on his official website confirmed that the booking will not affect Andre's headline slot at the Pop Party in The Park on Saturday evening at Clumber Park, Worksop, Nottinghamshire.

The V Festival is an annual music festival sponsored by Virgin Media and televised on Channel 4 and 4 Music.
