Justin Bieber has revealed he won't be getting a girlfriend anytime soon.

The teenage heartthrob was asked about his current lovelife situation at last weekend's MTV Video Music Awards and said, "I'm single. I'm kind of looking, but I'm kind of trying to stay single."

When quizzed about what he would look for in a furture girlfriend, Bieber replied, "An ideal girl is someone who is funny - who can make me laugh. And someone who has nice eyes and a nice smile."

It was recently reported that the popstar is so popular, that he accounts for 3% of all Twitter traffic, and the site even has dedicated servers just for his account.
