George Michael's label Sony have today announced that the re-release of his 1987 debut solo album, 'Faith', has been postponed.

The LP was scheduled to be re-released on September 27, but the re-mastered album has been postponed, just days after Michael was sent to jail for eight weeks for crashing his car into a North London shop whilst under the influence of drugs.

On Friday (September 17), the singer was moved from Pentonville to a softer category C prison in Suffolk.
