Sesame Street is an American children’s television icon and guesting on the show is quite the honour. Never before has a guest been censored though.

Katy Perry’s appearance, in a low-cut dress with clear mesh covering much of her cleavage, has however caused so much parental outrage, that she has been cut from the show. Shame. She’d already cleaned up Hot N Cold to a G-rated version.
