Adele to perform pre-Grammy concert at L.A.'s Wiltern Theatre

Three nights before her Grammy Awards performance, Adele will take to the stage at Los Angeles' Wiltern Theatre on Friday, February 12.

"Tickets for this show are being offered to existing California area fans registered with Adele.com," the press release reads.

The special one-off concert will be in an intimate setting. The venue's capacity is approximately 1,850, a tenth of the number of people who will be seated inside Staples Center for the 58th annual Grammy Awards on February 15.

Yesterday we reported that Adele had been named the most popular global recording artist of 2015. The singer topped the International Federation of the Phonographic Industry's annual rundown after selling over 15 million copies of her third album '25'. The record was only released in November, but the album and its lead single 'Hello' topped charts worldwide.

The singer released 'When We Were Young' last week on February 5 as the second single from third album '25'. The artwork for the track has now seen the light of day and it is a photo of Adele when she was a child. She is pictured smiling happily for the camera, with a few teeth missing. The song is the follow-up to Adele's smash hit track, 'Hello'.
