The parents of Miley Cyrus, Billy Ray and Tish, have announced that they are filing for divorce after 17 years of marriage. 

In a statement they said, “As you can imagine, this is a very difficult time for our family. We are trying to work through some personal matters. We appreciate your thoughts and prayers.”
  The pair have three children, including their superstar daughter, and two from Tish’s previous relationship.   Citing ‘irreconcilable differences’ on the divorce papers, Country star Billy Ray, who is best known for his single ‘Achy Breaky Heart’, filed the papers on Wednesday at a Tennessee Court.   Watch the video for Miley Cyrus – ‘Who owns my heart’ below:
