Blac Chyna claims she will sue if sex tape goes public

Blac Chyna's lawyer, Walter Mosley, has told TMZ that his client will sue anyone who releases a sex tape reportedly featuring Chyna and her former boyfriend, the rapper Tyga.

Tyga is currently dating Kylie Jenner whilst Chyna is dating her brother, Rob Kardashian.

Although the identities of the two people on the tape has not been officially confirmed, TMZ has stated they do appear to have the same tattoos as Chyna and Tyga.

Rob and Kylie's sister, Kim Kardashian had a sex tape leaked in 2006. The tape featured her with former boyfriend Ray J.

Neither Chyna nor Tyga have publicly commented on the sex tape's existence.

In California and many other states, there are laws covering a celebrity’s “right of publicity,” which allows them to commercially protect their image and their right to privacy.

Blac Chyna and Rob Kardashian announced their engagement last month (April). Tyga is an backronym for Thank You God Always. His real name is Micheal Ray Stevenson.
