A judge has ruled in Taylor Swift's favour on a photograph which shows a radio DJ allegedly groping the star at a concert.

Swift wanted the photo to be kept private until the case is heard in court, and a judge backed her up, stating:

"The widespread dissemination of this image might significantly complicate jury selection".

DJ David Mueller originally sued Swift for getting him fired after she publicly claimed he had groped her during a 'meet-and-greet' backstage in June 2013 before her Colorado show, claiming it was his co-worker that lifted her skirt up and not him.

Swift is now countersuing him.
