The Chainsmokers set for debut album release and North America tour

The Chainsmokers are set to release their debut album, 'Memories: Do Not Open,on April 7th.

The electronic dance pair, which consists of Alex Pall and Drew Taggart, took to Twitter earlier this year on February 28 to confirm they had completed it six weeks before its scheduled release date.

In a short tweet, the pair simply wrote: "And it's done... (sic)"

Drew accidentally also told a reporter during an interview last month at The Grammys - where they took home the award for Best Dance Recording for their track 'Don't Let Me Down' featuring Daya - the release date for the record, which was supposed to remain a secret until nearer the time.

The chart-topping duo are also set to embark on a major arena tour, encompassing 40 North American cities in April too, so get your tickets here.

Kicking off in April, the Memories: Do Not Open Tour will feature new production and support from special guest Kiiara and Emily Warren
