Camila Cabello opens up about career and friendship with Ariana Grande on UK chat show

Camila Cabello made a guest appearance today on the British daytime television show, This Morning.

As soon as the singer sat down to speak to the show's hosts, Ruth Langsford and Eamonn Holmes, social media went crazy.

The Cuban-born American pop star chatted about her career since leaving the girl band, Fifth Harmony, her new single, "Crying in the Club," and upcoming album, "The Hurting. The Healing. The Loving".

Eamonn said: “You talk there about crying, hating and pain and there has been so much in this country over the last week.

“You know Ariana don’t you?”

The singer revealed that she does and that Ariana Grande has actually been a really supportive friend to her.

She said that she had even spoken to her only hours after the explosion on May 22 at Manchester Arena, which killed 22 people and injured 59 others.

When asked how Grande has been since the attack, she replied:

"She's you know, shaken up.

"I mean what can you say? I'm super proud of her."

Holmes then spoke about the fundrasing concert planned for this weekend in Manchester, which will feature Grande, Justin Bieber, Coldplay and Katy Perry.

He said: “What she’s saying now, which is great, is that she’s going back to Manchester to confront that, face that.

“All those families, those amazing people, who were there that night are going to come to that new concert on Sunday."

Tickets for the Manchester benefit concert will go on sale in the UK tomorrow (June 1) at 10am.

"The Hurting. The Healing. The Loving," is set to be released later this year in September.
