Harry Styles has signed up with CBS to be a TV show executive producer on a show to air in Autumn.

CBS has announced that the One Direction star will join the executive producing team for a series starring Damon Wayans Jr. One of the other executive producers is 'Late Late Show with James Corden' co-executive producer, Ben Winston.

Wayans Jr is known for acting in sitcoms Happy Endings and New Girl.

The series has no working title as yet but has been inspired by a period when Winston flat-shared with Styles. 

CBS are quick to point out that the series will not be 'based on real life experiences'.

Alongside Wayans, the other cast announced so far are Amber Stevens West, Felix Mallard, Stephnie Weir and Chris Parnell.
