Royal Wedding music album to be released this week

The music from the Royal Wedding between Prince Harry and Meghan Markle is set to be released this Friday (May 25).

Decca Records announced that the recording will be on sale on CD and vinyl format. The album cover will feature an exclusive wedding photo.

During the wedding, Brit cellist Sheku Kannel Mason, Welsh soprano Elin Manahan Thomas, The Choir of St. George's Chapel and the Christian gospel group The Kingdom Choir all performed.

The Kingdom Choir sang  Leiber & Stoller's 'Stand By Me', made famous by Ben E. King, as well as Etta James' This Little Light Of Mine

Elton John performed at the private reception after the wedding. Asking the gathering if 'Anyone here knows how to play the piano?', he then sat by the piano and played "Your Song", "Circle of Life", "I'm Still Standing" and "Tiny Dancer". The latter made a reference to Markle's previous career as an actress as 'L.A. lady' is mentioned in its lyrics.
