Louis Tomlinson celebrates England's World Cup win again

Louis Tomlinson was amongst some of the British stars yesterday (July 7) who took to Twitter to share his excitement over England's World Cup football match win.

He had previously done the same when the team beat Columbia on July 3, resulting in them making it through to the World Cup quarter finals.

This time the former One Direction star tweeted throughout the match, with an initial tweet saying: "Anyone who isn’t an England fan is so ready for the bubble to burst. Well you can all fucking relax cos it’s coming home!"

Two hours later Tomlinson returned to tweet: "Get the fuck in! Smashed it @HarryMaguire93 you beauty !"

Then when England won, he wrote: "What a performance! Proud of the lads out there. @JPickford1 you legend! Proved everyone wrong".

This is the first time England has made it through to a World Cup semi-final in 28 years, having beaten Sweden yesterday 2-0. They are now set to play against Croatia next Wednesday on July 11.

Since going solo, Tomlinson has released Back to You with Bebe Rexha and Digital Farm Animals, which went on to be Number One in 37 countries, sold over 1 million staggering copies and was streamed over 220 million times. It was also certified gold in the UK, which means that it sold over 400,000 units.

Back to You was the second solo single released by him after One Direction announced their hiatus.

The massively popular English singer-songwriter also dropped Just Like You and Miss You, and fans are now eagerly awaiting his highly anticipated debut solo full-length album, which will hopefully be out later this year and can't come soon enough!
