Pink Floyd have settled their legal dispute with EMI and signed a new five-year deal.

"Pink Floyd are one of the most important and influential bands of all time and I know I speak for everyone at EMI when I say that it is a privilege to have the opportunity to work with them," EMI Group CEO Roger Faxon said in a statement.

Pink Floyd were battling EMI last year over the record label's right to "unbundle" their albums and sell tracks individually online. This fight has now been settled "as a result of this new deal."
