Ally Brooke has announced that she is releasing a cover of Wham!'s Last Christmas this Friday (November 16).

The Fifth Harmony star tweeted the single artwork and the following tweet on Tuesday (November 13): "one of my favorite Christmas songs of all time. Aaaand I’ll be performing this on the @macys // @Nickelodeon @nbc ❤️💚❤️💚"

Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade takes place in Manhattan on Sunday November 25, but fans will be able to download the track in two days' time.

The cover will be released this Friday (November 16). It will then be followed by another single, Vámonos, on November 23.

Last Christmas was co-written by the late George Michael, who died on Christmas Day at the age of 53 in 2016. The track was a huge international hit in 1984. It continues to enter the charts globally around the holidays.
