A trailer for a brand new animation movie for children called Playmobil: The Movie has been released.

It features Adam Lambert voicing the character of evil villain, Emperor Maximus.

Meghan Trainor, Daniel Radcliffe, Anya Taylor-Joy, Jim Gaffigan, Gabriel Bateman and Kenan Thompson have also voiced characters in the action-packed movie.

Trainor and Lambert have also contributed to the original film soundtrack.

The film is based on the popular kids toy line and is scheduled for a 2019 release.

It tells the story of two children, Charlie (Bateman) and Marla (Taylor-Joy). When Charlie disappears into the Playmobil animated universe, Marla must rescue him.
